Most pressure-injury screening matters fall into one of two review categories. Your intake provides an initial classification and expected fee before the review begins.
Standard Review
$795 regular rate
$495 first-case rate
For focused pressure-injury matters with a relatively contained record set, limited wound complexity, and a defined clinical time period.
Complex Review
$1,095 regular rate
$795 first-case rate
For matters involving greater record volume, multiple wounds or care settings, longer clinical periods, or additional evidence requiring more extensive review.
Save $300 on your first case.
Expanded-Scope Matters
Exceptionally large or unusually complex matters may require a custom scope and fee. If the submitted materials indicate that expanded-scope pricing is appropriate, you will be notified before substantive review proceeds.

Gregg brings more than 13 years of wound-care nursing experience to the clinical review of pressure-injury and wound-related cases.
His background includes direct experience evaluating wound progression, treatment response, pressure-injury prevention, offloading, risk factors, healing barriers, and the documentation patterns that often become critical in litigation.
As a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant, Gregg applies that clinical experience to the evidence attorneys actually need to understand—what happened, what may have contributed, what documentation is missing or inconsistent, and where further investigation may be warranted.
Every final assessment is personally reviewed by Gregg before it is delivered.
